The talkative mercenary, the scourge of chimichangas, the crimson comedian, the regenerating degenerate—Mr. Wilson—observes curiously while seated comfortably in his folding director's chair. He appears surprised, but only apparently, as almost nothing surprises him. His name is Wilson, Wade Wilson, who returns to the big screen, breaking the fourth wall and now featured in another must-have stylised collectable by Iron Studios: the "Deadpool - Deadpool and Wolverine - MiniCo" statue. This piece is inspired by the promising third film of the beloved crazy anti-hero, this time partnered with the most popular and relentless X-Man, Wolverine, in his first movie appearance wearing the classic yellow uniform.
Wade Wilson, suffering from incurable cancer, underwent treatment in the Workshop program, an ultra-secret illegal research organisation that experiments on humans to activate dormant X-genes and transform them into mutants. This treatment gave Wade a regenerative healing factor that cured his cancer but left him with severe burn-like scars all over his body. Adopting the identity of Deadpool, Wade became a mercenary and an unpredictable anti-hero.
