Upon defeating him, players are rewarded with his sacred medallion, symbolizing his dark influence as a former Catholic priest turned high-ranking member of Los Iluminados.

Now, you can own this officially licensed replica of Mendez’s medallion, designed in the style of the pendant he wears around his neck. Measuring 75mm in diameter and complete with a wearable metal chain, this medallion is limited to just 2,005 pieces worldwide to commemorate Resident Evil 4’s original 2005 release. Each medallion is individually numbered on the reverse and comes with a display stand for showcasing, all packaged in a premium presentation box.
