Born in Canada in 1832, James Howlett, also known as Logan, is a mutant with retractable claws, enhanced physical abilities, and a powerful healing factor. His mutation was triggered during a traumatic event, leading to the revelation that Thomas Logan, the foreman of his family's estate, was his biological father. After these events, James took the name Logan. As Wolverine, he became renowned for his keen senses, retractable claws, and regenerative abilities, which slow his aging. Logan's skeleton and claws were coated with adamantium in the Weapon X Program, making him virtually indestructible. Despite his fragmented memories, Wolverine emerged as a crucial member of the X-Men.
